PayPal Verified Service Rates and Payment Information Service Rates In most cases, a written estimate of hours required for each assignment, or assignment phase, will be supplied for client approval prior to the beginning of any assignment. All estimates are plus/minus fifteen percent (15%). Travel expenses, per our policy, are additional if required. Additional services, such as scanning, layout, design, etc., will be quoted on an as needed basis and will be in addition to other applicable fees. Project Management assignments will be quoted individually, based on criteria provided by the client. Client required weekend or holiday work subject to higher rates. We restrict our consulting and project management practice to only one client per industry category. Basic Consulting Service Based on a straight hourly basis, no contract, no minimums, per hour rates are as follows: On-Site (at our office) rate: $75 per hour Off-Site (at your office) rate: $125 per hour Travel Time: $25 per hour Contract Consulting and/or Project Management Based on a minimum of twenty-five (25) hours per month, with a minimum six (6) month contract term, per hour rates are as follows: On-Site (at our office) rate: $50 per hour Off-Site (at your office) rate: $100 per hour Travel Time: $25 per hour Payment Information Clients are required to post a “retainer” of no less than fifty percent (50%) of the written project estimate in advance. Monthly invoices will be issued at the beginning of each month, for work completed in the prior month, with 50% of the invoice amount drawn from the “retainer” and the balance due from the client within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. A credit card (see “Terms and Conditions” below) may be used to pay both the “retainer” and monthly invoice amounts. If a credit card is used, the charge to the credit card will be made when the invoice is issued. In addition, clients with an established payment history (minimum of six months), and using Contract Consulting and/or Project Management, may be billed at the beginning of each month for work completed in the prior month. Payment is due within 10 days of the date of invoice. A credit card (see “Terms and Conditions” below) may be used to pay the monthly invoice amounts. Finally, any client who desires to pre-pay for services (pay the full amount at the time the estimate is approved or the assignment made) will receive a five percent (5%) discount off the total project fee (not including travel time charges or travel expenses). Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card (see “Terms and Conditions” below). Please contact us if you would like to propose other payment alternatives. Under certain circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we will consider “equity” in lieu of partial payment.
